- Define the vision for 0-1 product experiences, setting a high bar for concept and quality
- Evolve the visual identity, spearheading the global transition to a new illustration system
- Architect core interactions, defining the structural patterns and widgets for the Nu homepage
- Unify global design, eliminating fragmentation across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia
- Drive strategic roadmap, acting as an advisor to business leadership and translating organizational strategy into a tangible design roadmap
Requirements
- Deep design mastery with extensive experience leading design at a global scale
- Proven strategic leadership with the ability to drive large-scale organizational transformations
- Architectural thinking with deep expertise in design systems, interaction patterns, and creating scalable frameworks for complex digital products
- Swift execution with the ability to quickly prototype and articulate high-fidelity solutions
- Exceptional communication with mastery in communicating complex design logic to executive stakeholders
