Lead the end-to-end design of AI-first product experiences, translating complex data into intuitive and trustworthy interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create human-centered workflows and prototypes for health and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from research and problem framing through to UX flows, prototypes, and polished experiences
- Translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, approachable, and trustworthy interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover member needs and validate design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped work
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products, particularly mobile experiences
- High proficiency in UX, interaction design, and product thinking, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
