Lead the end-to-end design of digital experiences focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention within ecommerce journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven experiments and scalable platform architectures.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end design of critical digital experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Shape and evolve complex user flows and information architecture to create clear, intuitive paths to conversion
- Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking, designing improvements that ladder into an evolving platform architecture
- Translate growth opportunities into thoughtful product solutions grounded in user behavior, data insights, and effective design patterns
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience designing ecommerce, purchase flows, or other transaction-oriented products
- An exceptional portfolio of shipped digital product work that demonstrates exceptional visual craft and clarity in complex flows
- Proven experience designing for measurable, conversion-focused outcomes, with a strong understanding of funnel optimization and experimentation
- Deep proficiency with modern design tools and workflows, combined with strong technical fluency and the ability to leverage AI and code-adjacent tools
