The role involves contributing to the development of the Design System and collaborating with various teams to create intuitive digital experiences. You will also participate in user testing and documentation to ensure best practices are followed.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the construction and evolution of the Design System
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces
- Participate in the creation of the visual identity of the Digital Factory and DSI
- Standardize and structure design documentation
- Work with the Lead UX Designer to understand user needs and translate business requirements into digital experiences
- Design prototypes, mockups, and graphic charts while ensuring ergonomics and accessibility
- Organize and conduct user tests, analyze feedback, and propose improvement axes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- Master's degree in design or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Understanding of design principles, ergonomics, and current trends in UX/UI
- Sense of aesthetics and great creativity
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
