The student graphic designer will create graphic design and digital content under the direction of the Executive Director. Responsibilities include managing creative processes for various digital and print materials and maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Manages the creative and design processes for digital assets, print materials, and websites used for advertising, promotion, community outreach, student outreach, digital marketing, live events, etc.
- Plans and prepares art layouts for projects and follows specified requirements within designated schedules
- Coordinates and deploys artwork and advertising campaigns across all Institute platforms and mediums
- Develops visual communication standards and style guides for Institute’s marketing materials
- Proofreads, compares, and verifies the accuracy of all details for assigned projects
- Manages brand identity ensuring consistency with University expectations
- Organizes and maintains digital image library
- Digitally archives all projects on completion
Requirements
- Must be a current UVU student
- Previous experience helping with events preferred
- Experience in managing creative projects and graphic design
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
