As a Graphic Web Designer, you will create visually engaging digital assets that support client brands and internal initiatives. Your work will involve designing website layouts, landing pages, and digital graphics while collaborating with consultants, marketers, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging digital assets that support client brands and internal initiatives.
- Design website layouts, landing pages, and digital graphics that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
- Develop and refine logos, icons, and brand elements; select and apply typography; and ensure visual consistency across web and digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, marketers, and developers to translate strategic goals into effective visual solutions, from initial concepts and wireframes through final production assets.
- Maintain design files, prepare assets for web implementation, and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for web, including layout, color, and composition.
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding, from concept development to final brand assets and style guides.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and responsive type for digital interfaces.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar).
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles and how design impacts usability and conversion on the web.
- Portfolio showcasing web design work, brand systems, and graphic design projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
