The Design Manager will lead project design teams for delivering various design projects in Washington State and support other projects in the Pacific Northwest Region. They will ensure timely and quality delivery of project design documents while managing technical coordination between clients and design teams.

- The Design Manager will lead project design teams for delivering various design projects in Washington State and support other projects in the Pacific Northwest Region. They will ensure timely and quality delivery of project design documents while managing technical coordination between clients and design teams.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least 10-15 years of experience in ports and maritime facility design. Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and knowledge of relevant design codes and standards is preferred.
