Senior Product Design Manager - Germany (m/w/d)

The Senior Product Design Manager will actively shape the development of the product in Germany, conducting user research and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for developing solutions from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Leading discovery workshops and user research
- Analyzing data, user feedback, and business requirements
- Developing solutions with varying levels of detail, from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Participating in the recruitment process and team growth
Requirements
- Understanding of user needs and business requirements
- Ability to translate insights from user research, market analysis, and data into practical solutions
- Experience with complex digital products and systems
- Collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Clear communication and constructive questioning of existing assumptions
- Fluent in German and English
