Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will shape and scale a new enterprise platform in revenue cycle management, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams. This role involves evolving existing products and developing new client-facing, AI-enabled offerings.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define and deliver complex workflows
- Evolving a large, multi-surface product and building a new client-facing AI-enabled offering
- Work across two surfaces: an existing production system and a new product being built
- Simplify high-density systems and operate in a hybrid design-and-code environment
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in Product Design/UX Design
- Portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX, complex workflow design, and end-to-end ownership
- Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience designing for data-dense, workflow-heavy environments
- Ability to independently drive user research and discovery
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Technical and prototyping experience
