- The Senior UX Researcher & Designer will plan and execute user research for public services, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop research plans and synthesize findings. They will produce research deliverables that inform product decisions and advance the team's research toolkit.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in UX research and design, with expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods. A strong understanding of statistical principles and experience in cross-disciplinary teams is also required.
