The role involves designing consistent and accessible user experiences for cloud applications using Human-Centered Design processes. Key tasks include creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and moderating workshops with stakeholders to integrate user perspectives into product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conception and visual design of a consistent and positive user experience for applications, taking into account usability, accessibility, efficiency, and consistency
- Analysis, prioritization, and derivation of requirements from a user perspective based on research results, as well as the development of concrete recommendations for action
- Further development and anchoring of the human-centered design process, as well as targeted use of suitable UX methods to increase the UX maturity level
- Independent conception of complex process flows, as well as the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design solutions
- Proactive collaboration, consulting, and moderation of workshops with stakeholders to integrate the user perspective into product strategy and decision-making processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in visual communication, media design, product design, interface design, or a comparable course of study
- At least five years of professional experience in UX design, ideally with responsibility for own product areas and experience in complex software or B2B applications
- Profound experience in the application and selection of UX methods such as research, prototyping, workshops, and design thinking
- Strong conceptual skills and experience in structuring complex requirements and justifying UX decisions to stakeholders
- Secure handling of common design tools such as Figma and continuous engagement with design trends and technological advancements
