- Complete ownership of thermal design for various electronic products, including thermal modeling, design, testing, and revisions until transfer to manufacturing. Conduct thermal simulations and analyses to verify thermal feasibility and inform designs.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in thermal systems engineering, particularly in liquid cooling for high-performance computing. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
