Responsibilities
- Designing and developing product features
- Conducting user research and testing

- Developing and maintaining design systems and UI kits
- Participating in recruiting and coaching new designers
Requirements
- Experience in B2B product design
- Strong understanding of user needs and business requirements
- Ability to translate insights into pragmatic solutions
- Experience working with complex digital products and systems
- Fluent in German and English
