The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts for marketing and communication materials, including brochures, posters, and infographics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. They collaborate with stakeholders to manage the design process from conceptualization to final print-ready delivery.
Responsibilities
- Understanding design briefings and communicating directly with stakeholders to ensure integrity and accuracy of requirements
- Designing communication and marketing materials for stakeholders, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, illustrations, presentations, and banners
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Preparing drafts and presenting ideas
- Designing communication materials according to brand guidelines
- Ensuring approved communication materials are properly prepared, packaged, and ready for implementation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to produce final designs and meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Modifying designs according to feedback
- Ensuring graphics and designs are visually appealing and align with the brand
- Producing communication materials within deadlines
- Performing other tasks and responsibilities defined by management
Requirements
- At least a university degree in Arts/Design/Multimedia, Publicity/Media/Communication, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in designing marketing communication materials in a design agency or corporate environment
- Conceptual creativity and visualization skills
- Design for print, digital, and branding
- Effective communicator, managing priorities among stakeholders
- Process management from start to finish
- Results-oriented, prioritizing and multi-tasking effectively, and able to work within tight deadlines
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with other languages being a plus
- Completely competent in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
- A well-crafted portfolio presenting a variety of projects and disciplines
- Growth mindset: willing to collaborate, adapt, and show initiative
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Self-motivated: comfortable working in a small but growing team, in multiple locations
- Meticulous attention to detail: working to the highest standards
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills: ability to be flexible when business needs change
