Senior Product Designer, New Channels

Own the patient experience across Health Systems, EAP, and Payer Partnership channels to create seamless third-party handoffs. Design and scale referral-to-booking flows and run multi-sprint experiments to optimize conversion and retention metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the patient experience across multiple partnership channels
- Design and scale the referral-to-booking experience for patients arriving through health system partners
- Design experiences for patients accessing care through employer EAP benefits
- Create co-branded patient journeys and landing pages
- Run sustained, multi-sprint experiments to close the conversion gap between partnership-sourced and organic patients
Requirements
- 6+ years of product or UX design experience
- Experience designing consumer experiences within B2B2C or platform constraints
- Product strategy instinct
- Fluency in experimentation
- Ability to work in an AI-native design environment
