- Own the end-to-end design of core treatment categories, translating clinical complexity into human-centric experiences. Lead complex initiatives autonomously while mentoring the design organization and integrating AI tools into the workflow.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of experience in consumer-facing product design with a strong portfolio of high-stakes, high-trust experiences. Must be proficient in Figma and demonstrate fluency in using AI tools for prototyping and research.
