The Graphic Designer will design and produce high-quality visual assets for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. They will manage multiple design projects, collaborate with internal teams, and adapt designs for different formats.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing, advertising, and institutional campaigns in alignment with brand objectives
- Translate design briefs and functional requirements into effective, visually compelling designs
- Conceptualize and develop visuals that adhere to the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines
- Prepare initial design concepts, mockups, and rough drafts, and present ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Select appropriate color palettes, typography, and layouts to ensure visual consistency and clarity
- Collaborate closely with the Public Relations team and relevant internal departments to deliver final design outputs
- Adapt designs to multiple formats, sizes, and platforms, including print, digital, and social media channels
- Prepare and finalize artwork for professional printing, ensuring technical accuracy and quality standards
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet established deadlines
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity and brand consistency
- Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually engaging, professional, and fully aligned with institutional branding
- Organize, maintain, and archive design files systematically for efficient access and reuse
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to institutional and digital communication
Requirements
- 2-4 Years’ experience in 2D and 3D designing
- Experience with design software and technologies such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to work efficiently across digital platforms
- Solid understanding of preparing artwork for both digital use and professional printing
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
- Arabic proficiency is required, and professional working knowledge of English is preferred
- A proven and relevant portfolio demonstrating creative, digital, and institutional design work is mandatory
