Responsibilities
- Create user-centered design solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in product design
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in design
- Experience with design tools like Figma and Sketch
- Portfolio that demonstrates best-in-class design skills
