UI / UX Designer (m/w/d)
Docmorris Remote (🇩🇪 München, 04938 München, Germany)
Responsible for the further development of the doctor-side platform and partner integrations through the creation of wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Collaborates with product managers and developers to implement user-centered designs based on qualitative and quantitative research.
Responsibilities
- Concept and design: creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and optimizations
- User-centered research: supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Data analysis: helping to evaluate user feedback and analysis data to derive hypotheses for design decisions
- Collaboration: acting as the interface between design and development to ensure concepts are technically feasible and precisely implemented
- Design System: working with the existing design system, applying it consistently, and contributing to its further development
Requirements
- Native-level German language skills
- Very good English skills
- Completed studies in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable qualification
- 3-4 years of practical experience in UX/UI design
- A portfolio that demonstrates UX design process and skills
- Experience with common design tools like Figma, FigJam, etc.
- Strong focus on user-centered design, aesthetics, and the ability to justify design decisions based on user needs
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
