Senior UX Designer (m/w/d)

Build and scale the UX design discipline by establishing methods, standards, and patterns while leading UX discovery and research. Execute end-to-end UX work in client projects and internal initiatives, integrating AI tools into the design process.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop our design discipline with a focus on UX discovery, research, and conception
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with our team to create innovative design solutions
- Develop and maintain our design systems and design language
- Work closely with our UI designers to ensure a consistent user experience
- Mentor and guide junior designers and other team members
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, or Product Designer with a focus on UX
- Successful completion of a degree in a relevant field, such as Interaction Design, Communications Design, or Media Informatics
- In-depth experience in user research, discovery, and conception
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong knowledge of visual design and interface design
- Experience with Figma, FigJam, Miro, Maze, and Lookback
- Good English and German language skills
