Senior UX Designer (w/m/d) AI Agent Conversational Experience

As a Senior UX Designer, you will design the look and overall experience of a next-generation intelligent assistant ecosystem. Your role will involve creating intuitive and efficient interfaces that simplify complex business logic.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve user journeys with a focus on improved user experience and optimized automated workflows
- Rapid prototyping and high-fidelity mockups
- UI/UX interface design
- Collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Conducting user tests and feedback sessions
- Development and maintenance of design systems
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in user experience, user interface, and design with a focus on complex and modern digital products
- Experience in designing complex web applications
- Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Canva
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of agent workflows is a plus
- Comprehensive portfolio showcasing user flow design, wireframing, and implementation of concepts into refined, production-ready mockups
