Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Design Engineering function for thermoformed medical packaging solutions. Drive innovation and ensure regulatory-conscious design practices while delivering customer-centric packaging solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Science, or Industrial Design is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in thermoforming or related plastics manufacturing. Strong experience in medical packaging design, project management, and proficiency with CAD tools like SolidWorks is essential.
