UI/UX Designer (all genders)

You will champion user experience by creating outstanding digital experiences for products and applications from concept to final design. Collaborating closely with product management, development, and marketing, you will ensure design and technical feasibility align.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research and creating personas, user journeys, and wireframes
- Developing appealing UI designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups
- Collaborating with product management, development, and marketing teams
- Establishing and maintaining a design system for consistency and efficiency
- Testing and validating designs with users and iterating for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Impressive portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, prototyping, and user research skills
- Excellent knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Experience with design thinking methods and agile development processes
- Strong communication skills in German and English
