- Lead the design response for complex briefs across various media while mentoring and developing a team of designers. Establish studio standards and workflows to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scalable design outputs across the APAC region.
Requirements
- Requires 7-10 years of design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within an agency or production studio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and execution skills.
