MEP Design Manager – Data Centres

Act as the single point of accountability for multi-disciplinary design delivery across architectural, MEP, ELV, civil, and structural workstreams for data centres. Lead the full design lifecycle from pre-concept and FEED through to detailed design and site close-out.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for multi-disciplinary design delivery across architectural, MEP, ELV, civil, and structural workstreams for data centres. Lead the full design lifecycle from pre-concept and FEED through to detailed design and site close-out.
Requirements
- Requires over 10 years of MEP design experience with at least 3 years in a management role, specifically within data centre or mission-critical projects. Must hold a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and possess proficiency in BIM/Revit.
