Product Designer (UI/UX)

Support the Innovation PO in conducting Discovery processes, including customer interviews and pain point mapping. Create rapid prototypes and assist in planning usability tests to validate new concepts and MVPs.
Responsibilities
- Support the PO of Innovation in conducting Discovery processes (client interviews, pain mapping, and ideation)
- Create low and medium-fidelity prototypes focused on validating hypotheses with users
- Assist in planning and executing usability tests and user interviews
- Design clear and functional user flows based on research findings
- Use the company's Design System to speed up prototyping
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- Practical experience participating in user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma for creating interfaces and prototypes
- Good communication skills to converse directly with B2B clients
- Knowledge of agile innovation methodologies (such as Design Thinking or Lean UX)
