The Product Designer will work closely with business, product, and technology teams from problem definition to solution delivery. They will translate complex problems into clear, efficient user experiences and ensure quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with business, product, and technology teams to deliver solutions
- Understand the business context, product rules, and user needs before proposing solutions
- Translate complex problems into clear, simple, and efficient experiences
- Design and evolve end-to-end flows (acquisition and post-sale)
- Question demands and propose alternative solutions when necessary
- Work on conversational flows (WhatsApp/bot) and contribute to the evolution of the experience in these channels
- Use data and insights to support decisions
- Ensure the quality of the implemented experience with technology
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- Ability to work with autonomy and proactivity
- Understanding of complex business rules
- Experience collaborating with different areas (product, business, technology)
- Argumentation and influence skills
- Proficiency in Figma
