The role involves managing the end-to-end digital product design process, from initial research and user validation to final delivery and prototyping. The designer will also participate in case presentations and collaborate with clients and other teams to deliver innovative IT and business transformation programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design projects
- Develop and maintain design concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- Junior or Pleno level experience
- Degree in Design, Communication, Publicity, or UX/UI
- Knowledge of UI and UX design principles
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of front-end development and programming languages
