Graphic Designer and Print Coordinator

The role involves planning and designing print and digital media to support the university's brand and campus initiatives. It also requires coordinating with commercial printing vendors and managing physical signage across campus.
Responsibilities
- Create and design print media including booklets, handbooks, brochures, displays, forms, cards, programs, posters, billboards, etc.
- Create and design digital media for the university website, social media, email, etc.
- Monitor and update digital signage on screens across campus
- Coordinate and communicate with commercial printing vendors
- Coordinate printing services with faculty and staff
- Work with the Facilities Department to update and maintain physical signage across campus
- Monitor brand management and ensure correct usage of logo and graphics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Communication, or related field
- At least three (3) years experience in related field
- Knowledge of commercial printing process
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
