- Design and refine key aspects of the student journey at Maestro
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to take experiences from concept to shipped product
- Conduct user research and usability testing with real students to validate assumptions and sharpen designs
- Actively seek feedback and provide constructive input during design reviews
- Help build and evolve Maestro's design system
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in designing digital products with a focus on experience-centered work
- Background in gaming, social platforms, or entertainment is a bonus
- Portfolio that shows range and complexity in designing multi-surface products
- Strong collaborator with ability to work across product, engineering, and business teams
- Perfection-driven with pixel-perfect execution and strong visual sensibility
- Clear communicator with ability to articulate design decisions and tell a story with work
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related field
