The Sr Product Designer will be responsible for designing digital experiences that enhance talent management processes. This includes collaborating with various teams to understand user needs and improve internal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Understand internal user needs: employees, leaders, and talent teams
- Map workflows and detect improvement points in HR processes
- Design clear, efficient, and user-centered digital experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interface specifications
- Participate in user research: interviews, usability tests, and hypothesis validation
- Collaborate with product, technology, HR, and data teams to prioritize solutions
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency across internal products
- Translate complex processes into simple and intuitive experiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement based on metrics, feedback, and business needs
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar
- Experience in digital products, ideally internal, B2B, or corporate platforms
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools
- Experience in wireframing and prototyping
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Experience in documentation for development
- Knowledge of product metrics and user behavior
- Good communication skills with non-technical profiles
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
