The Sr Product Designer will be responsible for designing digital product experiences within the legal area, focusing on AI-powered solutions. This includes understanding legal processes, mapping user journeys, and collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Understand the processes of the legal area, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Map journeys, workflows, and user needs
- Design digital experiences based on AI, focused on efficiency and decision-making
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and conversational interfaces
- Translate AI capabilities (automation, copilots, assistants) into clear and usable experiences
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, Legal, and business stakeholders teams
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience in digital products (preferably B2B, internal, or enterprise)
- Experience designing complex flows and simplifying experiences
- Mastery of Figma or equivalent tools
- Experience in prototyping, usability testing, and documentation
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical profiles
- Ability to work in ambiguous or exploratory environments
