You will analyze, conceptualize, and design modern user interfaces for various personas to enhance the user experience of our Contact Center applications. You will collaborate closely with developers and other squad members to create prototypes and visual designs in line with the Atruvia style guide.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing, designing, and implementing user interfaces
  • Creating modern and appealing visual designs
  • Developing prototypes and visual designs
  • Implementing customer experience
  • Supporting the team in translating requirements into user-oriented solutions
  • Acting as a contact person for UX/UI questions

Requirements

  • UX/UI design knowledge
  • Genesys Cloud CX experience
  • Visual design skills
  • Prototyping experience
  • Customer experience knowledge
