Responsibilities
- The Design Engineering Manager will lead the design and development of innovative medical packaging products while overseeing engineering resources and driving new product development. This role also involves managing tooling initiatives and supporting commercialization efforts.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in thermoforming or related plastics manufacturing environments. Experience with medical packaging design and proficiency in CAD software are also required.
