Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for the resilient product portfolio, creating innovative designs and colorways while guiding senior designers. Act as a critical connector between design operations, product management, and global manufacturing facilities to ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Design and at least 10 years of professional experience in textile or surface design, including 3 years of leadership. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have deep technical knowledge of resilient manufacturing processes like printing and embossing.
