Product Designer (m/w/d) – Digitale B2B-Cloud-Services

The Product Designer will plan and conduct user research, develop personas and customer journeys, and create service and product concepts. They will also design interaction and usage concepts and conduct usability tests while collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Planung und Durchführung von User Research
- Entwicklung von Personas & Customer Journeys
- Erstellung von Service- und Produktkonzepten sowie Prototypen
- Gestaltung von Interaktions- und Nutzungskonzepten und Durchführung von Usability-Tests
- Mitarbeit an fachlichen Anforderungen und Prozessen
- Moderation von Workshops mit internen Stakeholdern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Architekten und Entwicklungsteams
Requirements
- Erfahrung als Service Designer / Product Designer / UX Designer
- Starke Fähigkeiten in Research, Konzeption und Prototyping
- Sicher im Einsatz von Design- und Innovationsmethoden in agilen Teams
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Workshopkompetenz
- Deutsch & Englisch verhandlungssicher
