The Design Manager will lead and manage teams through all phases of design, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. They will also be accountable for project completion and client satisfaction while adhering to Jacobs' business policies.

Requirements
- Candidates must have a BS or MS Degree in Engineering with a focus on water/wastewater systems and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including 5 years managing multi-discipline design teams. A PE License or the ability to obtain one is preferred, along with experience in design/build and collaborative delivery methods.
