The Site Design Manager will manage and coordinate the design implementation process during the construction phase of residential developments. They will act as the key interface between various stakeholders to ensure the approved design intent is delivered on site and design-related issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements
- Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture and construction management, with strong experience in large-scale residential projects. A bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering is required, ideally combined with a postgraduate degree.
