- Design visual pieces for marketing campaigns, communication, and brand positioning
- Create content and assets for social media, email marketing, presentations, and other digital channels
- Develop visual materials for internal and external audiences
- Transform complex information into clear, attractive, and effective pieces
- Ensure visual consistency and correct application of the brand system in all touchpoints
- Adapt content to different formats, markets, and audiences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support strategic business initiatives
- Propose new ideas, formats, and creative approaches to enhance communication impact
- Create variations of pieces for optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3/5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate design
- Portfolio with experience in presentations, B2B campaigns, and commercial materials
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and presentation tools
- Excellent visual hierarchy and complex information communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
- Advanced English skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments
- AI usage with criteria to improve creative processes and productivity
