The Design Manager will lead and manage the commercial and technical delivery of all design aspects for large scale commercial construction projects. This includes overseeing the internal Design Team and external consultants, managing the design procurement process, and ensuring the delivery of a cost-effective buildable design.

Requirements
- Candidates should have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering, along with a background in design, construction, and delivery processes. Experience with large scale projects and strong commercial and negotiation skills are essential, while previous experience in aviation/airport construction is beneficial but not mandatory.
