Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Ergonomics, or Cognitive Psychology
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and user testing techniques
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Familiarity with ergonomics and accessibility standards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Empathy and active listening skills
