The Product Designer will gather problem statements from cross-functional teams and design user-centric experiences. They will also conduct research and usability tests to inform design decisions and present ideas to teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Gather problem statements from cross-functional teams and brainstorm solutions
- Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences
- Empathize with the user through their journey and understand their needs
- Plan research and usability tests to collect insights
- Apply quantitative and qualitative user research techniques
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Identify new product improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with design team members to ensure consistent communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Solid visual design foundation
- Understanding of design principles
- Demonstrated experience with making delightful experiences for users
- Ability to articulate and defend design choices
- Passion for learning and always improving
- Curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and innovate
