Solution Design Manager

As a Solution Design Manager, you will develop and implement customer solutions within commercial projects, collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders. You will design innovative logistics concepts and present them to clients, contributing directly to acquiring new customers.
Responsibilities
- Ontwerpen van innovatieve logistieke concepten, inclusief processen en flows
- Vertalen van klantbehoeften binnen Device Lifecycle Services (zoals inbound, configuratie, repair, returns, financiering en redeployments) naar schaalbare oplossingen
- Opstellen en doorrekenen van kostmodellen en business cases ter ondersteuning van salestrajecten
- Presenteren en toelichten van solution designs aan klanten, inclusief gemaakte ontwerpkeuzes en trade-offs
- Inhoudelijke ondersteuning van Business Development tijdens tender- en salestrajecten
- Afstemmen met interne disciplines (zoals IT, Finance, Operations Excellence ) en externe leveranciers
- Bijdragen aan optimalisatie en vernieuwing van bestaande oplossingen voor huidige DLS-klanten
- Actief volgen van ontwikkelingen, innovaties en trends binnen logistiek en supply chain
Requirements
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Solution Design, Logistics Engineering of een vergelijkbare rol within een warehouse- of supply chain omgeving
- Ervaring met commerciële bid- en salestrajecten
- Sterk analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen
- Ervaring met data-analyse en modelleringstools (bijv. Qlik Sense of vergelijkbaar)
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (Nederlands is een pré)
