The Design Manager will lead and manage teams through all phases of design, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. They will also be accountable for project completion and contribute to the development of the Industrial Water Market Strategy.

- The Design Manager will lead and manage teams through all phases of design, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. They will also be accountable for project completion and contribute to the development of the Industrial Water Market Strategy.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a BS or MS Degree in Engineering with a focus on water/wastewater systems and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including 5 years managing multi-discipline design teams. A PE License or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
