The Product Designer will design complex internal admin systems and optimize current tools to enhance business processes. They will work independently with stakeholders to validate requests and transform business goals into user-friendly interface solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing complex interfaces from scratch, creating logical, intuitive and effective cabinets for internal users
- Auditing and optimizing current tools, finding "bottlenecks" (user pain points) and redesigning for acceleration of internal company processes
- Working with large data sets, data visualization, building convenient dashboards, tables, filters and content management systems
- Creating and maintaining UI Kit / Design System, unifying components for internal products to ensure fast design
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product / UX/UI Designer for at least 1 year
- Experience working with administrative systems (back-office, CRM, ERP or similar internal tools) - understanding of admin panel logic
- Strong UX mindset, ability to build complex User Flows, information architecture and understanding of how users interact with tables, data and forms
- Product thinking - ability to think not just in terms of beautiful screens, but in terms of business logic, processes and solving specific user problems
