The Product Designer will strengthen the Service Cloud team and enhance the customer service experience in both contact centers and physical stores. They will ensure the governance, evolution, and quality of the service platform products.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the governance, evolution, and quality of the product experience
- Act as a bridge between product, governance, and operation teams
- Translate real field needs into consistent, efficient, and user-oriented interface solutions
- Guide good design practices and support design decisions
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
