- Lead the engineering and design process for hyperscale data centers in Japan, managing consultants and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met. Oversee design stage-gate reviews, procurement of long-lead equipment, and the implementation of continuous improvement based on lessons learned.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with over 10 years of experience in construction development, including at least 5 years in the data center industry. Must be proficient in BIM methodology, 3D design tools, and fluent in both Japanese and English.
