- The Senior UX Researcher will run structured customer discovery conversations and translate findings into opportunity maps that shape product direction. They will work closely with strategic PMs to ensure research findings inform product investment decisions.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in product or UX research within a B2B SaaS environment and a proven ability to synthesize insights into actionable opportunity maps. Strong written communication skills and experience working with product leadership are essential.
