The Design Manager will lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of municipal and industrial water infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and financial performance. They will manage multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients to meet project expectations.

- The Design Manager will lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of municipal and industrial water infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and financial performance. They will manage multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients to meet project expectations.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a BS or MS Degree in Engineering with a focus on water/wastewater systems and a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, including 5 years managing design teams. A PE License or the ability to obtain one is preferred, along with experience in design/build methods.
