Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of designers and researchers to elevate the quality, consistency, and polish of the consumer and payments experience. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to integrate design into early discovery and scale the research practice using AI-native approaches.
Requirements
- Requires deep experience in consumer product design for high-scale transaction-driven apps, specifically scaling from 3M to 10M+ MAU. Must have a track record of leading design teams of 5-10 people and applying analytical data to drive UX impact.
